Where Disability Rights Meet Real Life

Every question put to the Bar, and how many it actually answered.

Over four months the complainant asked 74 documented questions about whether his filing arrived, whether it was in the right file, whether the dismissal still stood, who was reviewing it, and what ADA route applied.

The Bar answered 15. It routed most of the rest back to the official who had denied ADA coverage, and then stated, in writing from an unsigned address, that the remaining questions “will not be processed” as a matter of institutional policy.
