When the grievance channels closed, the complaint went to Human Resources and the leadership.
On June 8, 2026 the complainant sent a formal complaint to the State Bar’s Director of Human Resources, copying the Bar’s executive leadership and all elected officers.
It set out the admitted misclassification, the uncorrected dismissal, the Title II denial, the stripping of oversight from the email chain, the channel shutdown, and the unsigned institutional message, and it made a formal preservation demand. It asked HR to screen the matter away from the officials whose conduct it described.
(The complaint’s medical and family details are intentionally not reproduced here. Individual names are redacted; the roles are: Deputy General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel.)
