The State Bar has approved your accommodation request. Grievance counsel, who is handling your reconsideration in the Attorney matter, will postpone issuing her final determination. You explained that you are scheduled for hand surgery on May 15, 2026, and may need additional time to submit information. Grievance counsel will hold off on issuing a decision on the reconsideration request until June 15, 2026, to allow you time to submit any additional evidence or other information you may want to be considered.
