If, due to your disability, you need the State Bar to provide a reasonable modification to its policies, procedures, or programs so that you can access or use any of its existing services, please contact me with your request. In particular, please send your accommodation requests related to the grievances you filed, as well as your request regarding reconsideration of the Attorney matter, to my email address.
I have noted your complaint regarding the non-CAPTCHA route for disabled users related to the grievance form. You can send other ADA complaints to me. When a disabled person requests help with the grievance form, we engage in the interactive process to identify and provide the most effective alternative method for completing it.
I have also noted your concerns regarding the differences in the Spanish and English forms.
I am acknowledging receipt of the email you sent today at 1:08 PM. I hope to respond this week.
Thank you.
