Attached to the May 11 cure letter, the demand ledger set out a numbered series of specific questions and demands covering grievance procedure, disability accommodation, conflict screening, file handling, and record correction.
It was built so the Bar could answer each item in writing, point by point. Most items were never answered. The Bar later stated, through an unsigned message, that such requests “will not be processed.”
