Given a Written Chance to Fix It, the Bar Said Nothing

The written chance to fix it, and what came of that chance.

On May 11, 2026 the complainant sent a formal letter to the Bar’s General Counsel identifying documented Title II defects: no published ADA Coordinator, no published ADA grievance procedure, and no accessibility notice on the public-facing route a complainant would use. It asked the Bar to cure these within a stated window and to correct the April 10 dismissal.

The letter attached a numbered ledger of specific questions and demands. The cure window passed. No cure issued, and the General Counsel did not respond.
