On June 10, 2026 the complainant gave the Bar written notice that the June 8 complaint and the supporting record had been transmitted to the U.S. Department of Justice as a supplement to a pending civil-rights matter, with a timing exhibit attached.
The notice was not a threat. It was a record of a step already taken, after the Bar had closed its internal channels and stated that further questions would not be processed.
