I have reviewed your consolidated question ledger. Questions 1 through 5 and 10 through 15 are not related to addressing discriminatory treatment of you by the State Bar due to your disability or an accommodation request due to your disability. As such, as instructed by the Deputy General Counsel in the email he sent to you on Friday, 5/15/2026 at 11:05 AM, you must direct those questions to his attention. Just to clarify: For question number 10, the process is the same regardless of whether the person submitting the document is disabled or not, and the General Counsel addressed Questions 11 through 12 in his email to you on Tuesday, 5/19/2026, where he mentioned that the grievances you filed will be considered by a member of the State Disciplinary Board.
Regarding Questions 6 through 9. Please refer to the emails the Deputy General Counsel sent you on 5/12/2026 and 5/15/2026, and the email I sent you today. Those emails may not give you the exact answers you’re looking for, but they do provide the information you need.
Please feel free to continue to provide your accommodation requests, if any, to me by email.
Thank you.
