Who Is Speaking for the Bar?

By the end, I could not tell who was speaking for whom. An unsigned email from a generic mailbox set rules and commented on my assistive technology, with no name attached. One lawyer granted accommodations while another denied the law behind them. Questions to the ADA contact were rerouted to Grievance Counsel. When the contact went out of office, matters were pointed at a staff member I had never dealt with. I asked, in writing, one structural question: who, by name, is responsible for answering. It was never answered.
