Read the fourth request at 4:41 PM on April 6. Never wrote back. The April 14 certified notice to him was answered by counsel.

The grievances against four lawyers inside the Office of the General Counsel were routed to him, outside that office. On June 30, 2026 he dismissed all four in single paragraph letters on one day, including one supported by a seven page narrative and twenty four pages of exhibits.

Copied on the written notices as this record built. The Bar’s own read receipt shows he opened the June 26 email titled “42 Days of Silence” at 8:55 AM. No reply followed.

The most senior member of the Bar’s staff. Copied on the June 8 complaint to Human Resources, the seventeen questions, the seven matter status demand, “42 Days of Silence” and the September 5 letter. Never wrote back.

The one office in this record that answered. It contacted the State Bar on May 6, and the next day the Bar wrote that it was reviewing its own ADA notices because of that call. A thank you was read in 19 minutes and answered in 54.
