On June 8, 2026 I escalated to Human Resources. I sent a misconduct, harassment, and retaliation ADA complaint to the Director of Human Resources, copying eleven leadership and Board officers, with an immediate preservation demand.
It named three Office of the General Counsel lawyers: William D. NeSmith III, Andreea N. Morrison, and Leigh Burgess. When the process inside the office broke, I went over it.
