Please find attached my final institutional notice in Grievance No. ██████-█████ and Exhibit A — Demand Ledger and Source Record Index.
The cure window closes May 14, 2026, at 17:00 ET.
The attached notice asks the State Bar to state the procedural status of the April 10 dismissal, confirm whether it may fairly be described as a complete-record merits determination, identify the responsible reviewer and preservation posture, and address the unanswered operational and ADA-access questions created by the Bar's admitted intake misclassification.
The operative institutional admission remains:
"As a result of this misclassification, your submissions were not added to the grievance file at that time."
I am asking the Bar to correct the procedural record internally before the cure window closes.
