Things Clarissa Medina Did to Me:
- On February 20, 2026, an account message under Medina’s name stated: “This request is complete. Please file a new request with the details mentioned in your email and include a reference to this request.”
- On March 19, 2026, the portal account wrote: “This request is being closed due to the lack of response.”
- On February 23, 2026, an account message redirected a request to the City Clerk after saying BPD did not maintain the records. A March 18 response again recommended checking the City Clerk.
- The $44.02 estimate. On February 17, 2026, the portal message stated: “We estimate the total fee for your request will be $44.02 for 2 hours.”
When Clarissa Medina Did It:
Every email Clarissa Medina sent me, and every email I addressed to Clarissa Medina, in order. Emails where they were only copied are counted in the numbers above. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
