Requests I Made That Were Ignored:

Jeffrey W. DeLoach’s own mailbox has returned no read receipt on any of my emails, as of October 17, 2026. So no request can be listed here as opened and ignored by him. My September 15, 2026 letter, addressed to him, was opened by the mailbox of Damon E. Elmore, not his, and he has not answered it. My October 7, 2026 second request is due October 22, 2026. His only message to me was the automatic reply of October 7, 2026, 3:33 PM. The letters addressed to him are in the timeline above.

Complaints Filed Against Jeffrey W. DeLoach:

None, as of October 17, 2026. I have filed no grievance, court case or agency complaint naming Jeffrey W. DeLoach. My letters of September 15 and October 7, 2026 asked him to answer for his four dismissals and to docket my reconsideration request. What came back: an automatic reply.

Jeffrey W. DeLoach’s Clearance:

No one has cleared Jeffrey W. DeLoach, because no complaint against him has been filed and no office has looked at how he handled my four grievances. What he did was clear four State Bar lawyers. Here is the clearance he signed for one of them, word for word, June 30, 2026:

“I thoroughly reviewed the seven-page narrative description of your grievance against Mr. NeSmith, as well as the twenty-four pages of exhibits submitted in support of the grievance. Based upon a review of this record, I find no basis for this grievance to be forwarded to the State Bar Disciplinary Board for investigation of violations of Rules 3.4 (e), 4.4(a), 8.4(a)(4) and (a)(7), or any other Georgia Rule of Professional Conduct. As a result, this grievance is dismissed.”

That is the whole letter: three sentences. The other three say the same thing in the same order. Read the dismissal
