Back to Damon E. Elmore · the State Bar record
Requests I Made That Were Ignored:
Damon E. Elmore’s mailbox returned three read receipts, on June 23, June 26 and September 15, 2026. All three were on emails where he was copied, not addressed. The one letter addressed to Damon E. Elmore by name, on September 14, 2026, drew no read receipt from his mailbox, as of October 17, 2026. So no request can be listed here as opened and ignored by Damon E. Elmore’s own mailbox. Damon E. Elmore has never sent me an email. The September 14 letter and the copied emails are in the timeline above.
Complaints Filed Against Damon E. Elmore:
None, as of October 17, 2026. I have filed no grievance and no complaint against Damon E. Elmore. On October 7, 2026, I filed ADA complaints with the Judicial Council of Georgia and Administrative Office of the Courts concerning Sandra Dixon and concerning the State Bar’s Office of the General Counsel, led by Russell D. Willard. Neither names Damon E. Elmore as its subject. What came back: on October 16, 2026, Jessica Farah, General Counsel of the Judicial Council of Georgia and Administrative Office of the Courts, wrote: “The JC/AOC does not have the authority to investigate discrimination claims against local courts or the State Bar of Georgia.”
Damon E. Elmore’s Clearance:
No one has cleared Damon E. Elmore, because no one has looked. There is no June 30 dismissal for Damon E. Elmore, because no grievance was filed against him. The point of his page is the notice. The Executive Director was copied on the June 8 complaint to Human Resources, on the seventeen questions, on “42 DAYS OF SILENCE” and on the September 5 letter, and on September 14, 2026 a letter was addressed to him by name. As of October 17, 2026, no office has reviewed what Damon E. Elmore did with any of it, and he has not written one word back.
