Back to Sandra Dixon · the State Bar record
Requests I Made That Were Ignored:
Sandra Dixon’s mailbox has returned no read receipt on any of my emails, as of October 17, 2026. Sandra Dixon’s only email to me was the automatic reply of September 5, 2026, 8:07 AM. So no request can be listed here as opened and ignored by Sandra Dixon’s own mailbox. The letters addressed to Sandra Dixon by name are in the timeline above.
Complaints Filed Against Sandra Dixon:
On October 7, 2026, at 3:35 PM, I filed a verified ADA complaint concerning Sandra Dixon, the State Bar of Georgia’s Director of Human Resources, with Human Resources at the Judicial Council of Georgia and Administrative Office of the Courts, under that office’s published ADA Grievance Procedure. Its mail server reported it delivered at 3:37 PM. What came back, as of October 17, 2026: after my third request to confirm receipt, Jessica Farah, General Counsel of the Judicial Council of Georgia and Administrative Office of the Courts, wrote on October 16, 2026: “The JC/AOC does not have the authority to investigate discrimination claims against local courts or the State Bar of Georgia.”
Sandra Dixon’s Clearance:
No one has cleared Sandra Dixon, because no one has looked. The only office I filed with answered on October 16, 2026 that it has no authority over the State Bar. As of October 17, 2026, no office has reviewed how Sandra Dixon handled my June 8 complaint.
