What John Park Did to Me, With Dates

Things He Did to Me:

  1. Between February 18 and May 12, 2026, Park’s mailbox returned 67 read receipts. I hold no written reply from Park. Park supplied no words to quote.
  2. On May 12, 2026, a written communication about the City’s disability access process went to Park ahead of a City vote. I hold no written response from him.
  3. On March 13, 2026, Park’s account opened a notice concerning the City’s ADA coordinator records.

When He Did It:

Every email John Park sent me, and every email I addressed to him, in order. Emails where they were only copied are counted in the numbers above. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
