Georgia POST: the ADA request goes to a lawyer POST does not name, and POST’s own records give two dates for the handoff

    POST replied that the April 23 correspondence had gone to counsel, without identifying the lawyer to the complainant. POST's later produced records identify Paul Jay Pontrelli, Assistant Attorney General, as that lawyer and give April 24 and April 27 as two different dates for the referral.
