To All Recipients: I have today filed a grievance against William D. NeSmith III (Bar No. 110127). Four documented conduct elements: (1) personal motive accusations directed at my invocation of federal disability rights; (2) contradiction of an accommodation posture the Bar itself had already adopted; (3) removal of the State ADA Coordinator's Office from responsive communications; (4) failure to correct the Bar's burden-shift characterization after notice.
**Structural Conflict Notice** — OGC cannot screen a grievance against its own Deputy General Counsel.
**I Would Have Handled This Privately** — I asked repeatedly for a single point of contact.
**The Bar Turned Access Efforts Into Blame** — Instead of correcting the record, the Bar blamed my labeling. Instead of treating my ADA request as access activity, Mr. NeSmith suggested my invocation of the ADA process may have been directed toward a substantive outcome.
**Duty to Report Under GRPC 8.3(a)** | **Federal Complaint** | **Preservation Demand** (6 categories) | **Reservation of Rights**
