State ADA Office: Georgia POST’s ADA Contact “is Meghan Fail.”

Exhibit · State ADA Coordinator’s Office · August 7, 2026

What it is

On August 7, 2026, at 4:55 PM Eastern, the State ADA Coordinator’s Office wrote to me: “The person responsible for ADA Title II compliance at Georgia POST is Meghan Fail.” It sent Georgia POST’s Title II page, grievance procedure page and grievance form.

Earlier that afternoon, at 4:06 PM, Paul Jay Pontrelli, Assistant Attorney General, Georgia Department of Law, had written to Stacey Peace for Georgia POST: “We can confirm that Meghan Fail (also copied here) is P.O.S.T.’s designated individual responsible for ADA Title II matters.” That email, and Stacey Peace’s 4:47 PM reply, are not in the State’s production. They are in Georgia POST’s.
