What the State ADA Office Did, Agency by Agency:
On August 6, 2026, Stacey Peace, State ADA Coordinator, asked Georgia POST one question about my ADA request. Four minutes later POST’s own ADA coordinator, Meghan Fail, forwarded it to her boss: “See below. I am not sure how to respond to this.” Below is what the State did with each agency, from the 47 files it produced to me on September 22, 2026.
By the Numbers:
5 emails from the State to the State Bar of Georgia. 1 email from the State to Georgia POST about my request. 0 emails the State addressed to GIRMA, GMA or Gallagher Bassett.
Counts from the State’s own production, as of October 17, 2026. One count per message, not per file.
