Requests I Made That Were Ignored, and Complaints Filed Against Stacey Peace, Stacey Peace’s Clearance

Back to Stacey Peace · the State Bar record

Requests I Made That Were Ignored:

None qualifies, as of October 17, 2026. Stacey Peace’s own mailbox has returned two read receipts: on my October 7, 2026 letter to the State Bar of Georgia, which was addressed to her as well (opened 3:41 PM), and on my October 9, 2026 grievance email to another agency, on which she was copied (opened 9:57 AM). The October 7 letter’s requests were mainly of the State Bar, and the answer date I set in it, October 20, 2026, has not arrived. The emails addressed to Stacey Peace are in the timeline above.

Stacey Peace’s last email to me was October 16, 2026, at 4:06 PM.

Complaints Filed Against Stacey Peace:

None. No complaint has been filed against Stacey Peace, and nothing on this page asks anyone to look into her office. The complaints I have sent to her office, such as my October 15, 2026 complaint about the Georgia Department of Law, are about other agencies.

Stacey Peace’s Clearance:

None needed. No complaint has been filed against Stacey Peace, so there is nothing for any office to clear.

What this page does not claim. Her office’s own emails are careful about its limits, and this page will not go further than those emails do. The State ADA Coordinator’s Office has not ruled that the State Bar of Georgia is a public entity under Title II; Stacey Peace wrote that she was “not exactly sure” whether the 11th Circuit had been asked. It has not decided any grievance. It has not ordered the State Bar, or anyone else, to do anything. In its own words, it is “not an enforcement agency.”

What it did was treat the matter as an ADA access question, contact the entity, offer help, and answer in writing on the record. That is all this page says, and it is enough.
