My September 9 letter drew an automatic reply, not a read receipt, so it is not listed here. My October 16 letter had no read receipt as of October 17, 2026. My October emails on which Annette Arnold was copied are in the timeline above.

I have filed no complaint against Annette Arnold by name, as of October 17, 2026.
On October 9, 2026, at 9:19 AM, I filed an ADA grievance with the Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire on the same file, sent to the ADA Coordinator the State’s directory listed, with Annette Arnold copied. What came back: at 9:19 AM, “I am no longer with the agency.” At 11:24 AM the Office’s Director of Human Resources wrote: “OCI is in the process of updating the contact information outlined on the state’s ADA’s website. I acknowledge receipt of documents and information provided on your behalf.” On October 15, Human Resources wrote: “Our agency is available to meet with you on Friday, October 23, 2026.” As of October 17, 2026, no written decision has come. No one has cleared Annette Arnold, because no one has reviewed how Annette Arnold handled my complaint. As of October 17, 2026, 158 days after I filed, the Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire has sent no written decision on my complaint, no closure letter and no decision on my accommodation request. The last word from Annette Arnold is that it is “under review”.
