The phone instead of the email I asked for. On February 20, 2026, Major Jeffery Gant called me. I told him I am disabled and asked for email instead of phone calls. I put what happened in writing to him on February 23, 2026, and asked again on February 24. He never answered either email in writing.
- Told to stop calling. In my February 23, 2026 email to him I wrote: “I asked you three times to communicate with me in writing by email. Each time, you told me to get your number out of my phone.” He never answered that email in writing, and never disputed it.
