The case: my State Bar of Georgia grievance, filed January 23, 2026.

Corrections
I have invited the State Bar of Georgia to identify any inaccuracy on this page. As of September 27, 2026, it has identified none.
How the Grievance Began
Before the April 10 dismissal, the documents already existed. The State Bar opened the grievance, the accused lawyer answered within days, and the Bar’s own system confirmed delivery of both of my rebuttals.
The contract attorney’s written response to the grievance is dated February 2. When the case involved a fellow lawyer, the Bar obtained an answer from the lawyer in under a week.
The Bar later admitted, in writing, that both submissions were received but not added to the grievance file before the dismissal went out.
