This is my second request for confirmation that the Bar received my May 29, 2026 grievance against Leigh Burgess.
My first request was sent earlier today. I have received a read receipt confirming Mr. NeSmith read it. I have received no response.
I need three things in writing:
1. Confirmation that the Bar received my May 29, 2026 grievance against Leigh Burgess, with the date and time of receipt.
2. An accessible way to file and to receive confirmation of receipt that does not require me to depend on a third party who may not be available.
3. The Bar's record of receipt for that filing.
This is the third time in four months I have had to chase confirmation that the Bar received what I sent. A disabled person should be able to file a complaint and know it arrived.
