Answer
On April 1, 2026, Belinda Boscoe, Senior Resolution Manager, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., closed my file. Two written ADA accommodation requests, sent March 13 and March 16, were on it unanswered. The closing letter cited policy provisions without naming any and said my complaints “raise questions about how the City handled various administrative tasks.” Neither the letter nor her April 1 email answered the two requests.
8:32 AM, March 13: “I will advise you sometime next week of our findings.” 11:07 AM: my first ADA request. April 1: file closed. The ADA requests: never answered.
