Back to Adrienne D. Nash · the State Bar record
Requests I Made That Were Ignored:
Adrienne D. Nash’s mailbox has returned no read receipt on any of my emails, as of October 17, 2026. So no request can be listed here as opened and ignored by her own mailbox. I addressed her on the To line on May 18, May 20, May 21 (twice), May 22 and June 17, 2026. She answered on May 21 and May 22 only. Her last email to me was May 22, 2026, at 11:44 AM. Her last signed letter was June 30, 2026, at 4:26 PM.
Complaints Filed Against Adrienne D. Nash:
None, as of October 17, 2026. I have filed no grievance, court case or agency complaint naming Adrienne D. Nash. She is on this record as the signer of the June 30 reconsideration and the Westbury dismissal. The conduct at issue is the reconsideration itself: it affirmed a dismissal the Bar admitted was issued on a misfiled record, without correcting that record. The reconsideration determination is part of the June 30 dispositions. Read the June 30 dispositions.
Adrienne D. Nash’s Clearance:
Ms. Nash was not herself the subject of a grievance dismissed on June 30. No one has cleared her, because no complaint about her has been filed. She signed the June 30 reconsideration that affirmed the original dismissal. Read the June 30 dispositions.
The effect is the same as a screening dismissal one level up: the record the Bar admitted was wrong was left standing, and the reconsideration did not correct it.
What she did clear was James R. Westbury, Jr. Her words, June 30, 2026:
“After review of the materials that you have submitted and the arguments that you advance, it is the determination of this office that you have failed to satisfy the elements that would sustain a referral of this matter to the State Disciplinary Board.”
“Upon review of the information, we determined that there is insufficient evidence presented that Mr. Westbury’s conduct rose to the level of violating the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct; therefore, our office must dismiss the grievance.”
