June 30, 2026: The Decisions
In a single day, the Bar closed six of the seven cases that were open. Here is the whole box, including the one it did not close.
On June 30, 2026, the Office of the General Counsel and the State Disciplinary Board affirmed the reconsideration and dismissed every grievance in writing. The June 8 complaint to Human Resources, which is not a grievance, got nothing. Read the columns. The same office, the same day.
Two tracks. Six decisions left the Bar on June 30, 2026 between 4:23:24 PM and 4:35:15 PM Eastern. Eleven minutes, fifty one seconds.
The two cases involving lawyers outside the Office of the General Counsel were decided by that office. Both named a standard and gave written reasons.
The four cases involving lawyers inside that office were signed by Jeffrey W. DeLoach, Chair of the State Disciplinary Board. Each says he found “no basis” to forward the case for investigation. None names the standard that produced that result. None says whether the accused lawyer was asked for anything, or whether anything was requested from me.

The reconsideration of the original grievance was denied, with the April 10 finding of no rebuttal still uncorrected. The remaining cases were dismissed the same day.
