Things Andreea N. Morrison Did to Me:

  1. On April 10, 2026, Andreea N. Morrison signed a letter dismissing my grievance which stated “we did not receive a rebuttal”, when the State Bar had received my emails of February 3, 2026 and February 20, 2026. Eleven days later her office wrote that my submissions “were not added to the grievance file at that time. Accordingly, when Ms. Morrison reviewed the file, no rebuttal was present.” Read the April 10 dismissal
  2. As of October 17, 2026, the April 10, 2026 letter has not been corrected or withdrawn in any writing sent to me, and she has never written to me about it.
  3. My April 20, 2026 request to her to correct her own letter and to step aside was opened by her mailbox at 9:08 PM that night, 47 minutes after I sent it. She forwarded it rather than answer it: “Ms. Morrison forwarded your email to me for direct response.”
  4. From April 20 to June 1, 2026, her mailbox returned 13 read receipts on my emails. She answered none of them. At least four drew no reply from anyone at the State Bar: April 21 at 6:44 PM, April 21 at 6:53 PM, April 30 at 3:17 PM (the conflict screen demand) and May 12 at 2:37 PM.
  5. On April 21, 2026, at 6:45 PM, her address wrote: “I will respond to your message when I return to the office on April 27.” No response came on April 27, 2026, or on any day since. Nine and ten minutes after that automatic reply, her mailbox returned read receipts on two more of my messages.
  6. On May 7, 2026, at 8:52 AM, I sent her, as a direct addressee, operational questions on the admitted misfiling. As of October 17, 2026, no reply from her.
  7. On June 30, 2026, at 4:28 PM, the grievance I filed about her on May 15, 2026 was dismissed in a three sentence letter signed by Jeffrey W. DeLoach, with a copy sent to her.

When Andreea N. Morrison Did It:

Every email she sent or signed, every email sent to her or copying her, and every read receipt from her mailbox, in order, each linked to the item. Times are Eastern. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
