When Stacey Peace Did It:

Every email Stacey Peace or her office sent me, every email of mine sent to Stacey Peace’s address, every read receipt from her mailbox, and the office’s own records that name her, in order, each linked where a page exists. Times are Eastern. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
