Transcript (redacted):

I sent you the June 10, 2026, email to kindly remind you of the email message I sent on May 13, 2026, at 12:09 PM. The May 13th email granted you an accommodation. From May 13th to June 15th, Ms. Nash postponed making a final determination regarding your reconsideration. I spoke to Ms. Nash today, and she has resumed her review of the reconsideration. Ms. Nash can answer your questions regarding the reconsideration.

If you need to file a grievance that does not require completing a CAPTCHA or placing a telephone call, you can (1) complete the attached form and mail it to the Grievance Department or email it to Ms. Nash; (2) create a document that includes the information requested on the attached form and email it to Ms. Nash, or (3) complete the attached form, except for the Description section, and in that section, write ‘See Attached’ and include a separate document detailing your grievance. For option (3), you can mail it to the Grievance Department or email it to Ms. Nash. I hope one of those options works for you.

What this shows: The Bar offered three filing routes that do not require a CAPTCHA or a phone call, and stated that the reviewer, not the ADA Coordinator, would answer the complainant’s questions.

What this does not show: This email does not answer any of the written questions the complainant had submitted, and it does not identify any portion of his submission the Bar would decline to process.
