Complaints Filed Against Andreea N. Morrison:

On May 15, 2026, I filed a grievance against Andreea N. Morrison through the State Bar’s online portal. What came back: an automatic “Receipt of Grievance” that day; on May 19, 2026, an unsigned email that it “will be considered by a member of the State Disciplinary Board”; and a June 30, 2026 letter from Jeffrey W. DeLoach, State Disciplinary Board, finding “no basis for this grievance to be forwarded to the State Bar Disciplinary Board”, copied to her. Read the filing.

On June 8, 2026, at 5:05 PM, I sent a written ADA complaint to State Bar Human Resources, to Sandra Dixon, with Russell D. Willard copied, naming her among three State Bar lawyers. What came back: a read receipt from the Chief Operating Officer’s mailbox at 5:40 PM, and no answer from Human Resources. Read the June 8 complaint

Andreea N. Morrison’s Clearance:

On June 30, 2026 the Bar dismissed that grievance, signed by Jeffrey W. DeLoach, Chair of the State Disciplinary Board, in a single paragraph. It was one of several matters closed that same day, each in a one paragraph letter. Read the dismissal.

What the dismissal says, word for word. Jeffrey W. DeLoach, Chair, State Disciplinary Board, June 30, 2026, 4:28 PM:

“I thoroughly reviewed the six-page narrative description of your grievance against Ms. Morrison, as well as the related correspondence. Based upon a review of this record, I find no basis for this grievance to be forwarded to the State Bar Disciplinary Board for investigation of violations of Rules 8.4(a)(4) and (a)(5), or any other Georgia Rule of Professional Conduct. As a result, this grievance is dismissed.”

That is the whole letter: three sentences. The email that carried it was copied to Andreea N. Morrison.

The dismissal came at the screening gate, the first threshold a grievance has to pass. No investigation was opened. A screening dismissal means that, taking every fact in the complaint as true, the Bar decided the conduct was not even worth examining. Guilty or not, the Bar’s position is that these actions are not worth a look.

The June 8 complaint to Human Resources has had no answer, so no one has cleared her there.
