What it is

An automatic read receipt returned by the mailbox of Larry Hanson, CEO and Executive Director of the Georgia Municipal Association, which administers GIRMA. It confirms my fourth accommodation request was opened at 4:41 PM on the day it was sent.

Why it matters

The request went to the Gallagher Bassett supervisor with GMA’s chief executive in copy, after three unanswered requests. This receipt is the only thing that came back from GMA’s leadership until its lawyer wrote on May 1. The receipt is the reply.

What it shows

“was read on Monday, April 6, 2026 4:41:32 PM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada).” Sent 8:56 AM. Opened the same afternoon.

What it does not show

A response. None came from Mr. Hanson. His name appears again on May 1, when outside counsel wrote that he had “been asked to respond to your letter to Larry Hanson dated April 14.”
