On April 6, 2026, at 4:41 PM Eastern, Larry Hanson's mailbox returned a read receipt on my fourth written accommodation request. His mailbox returned three more read receipts on May 6, May 12 and May 13. As of September 28, 2026, no email from Larry Hanson to me appears in my record.
- His mailbox returned a read receipt for the April 6 fourth accommodation request at 4:41 PM the day it was sent. No reply followed.
- He received the April 14 certified Title II notice with eleven exhibits and a ten business day window. The window closed April 28. On May 1, outside counsel wrote: “I have been asked to respond to your letter to Larry Hanson dated April 14, 2026.”
- He was copied on the May 6, May 7, and May 13 correspondence and on the State ADA Coordinator’s Office reply. He did not respond directly to any of it.
