Robert Angotta, who signs as Robb, is a supervisor at Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., above the adjuster on the claim. He is the person the supervisor call requested on March 13 would have come from.

- He received the April 2 request to reopen and reassign, the April 6 fourth accommodation request, and the April 12 Title II demand, each addressed to him directly with GIRMA’s claims addresses in copy. None was answered.
- He was copied on the May 1 Westbury letter and on the May 6, May 7, and May 13 correspondence. He did not respond to any of it.
- The only answer to the letters addressed to him came from Cameron J. Wall, Gallagher Bassett’s litigation counsel, on May 1, 2026.
