On February 18, 2026, Belinda Boscoe identified Robert Angotta as her immediate supervisor and wrote that she would ask him to call me. Across the direct letters in this record, I received no call, email or read receipt from Robert Angotta.
- He received the April 2 request to reopen and reassign, the April 6 fourth accommodation request, and the Title II demand dated April 12 and emailed April 14, each addressed to him directly with GIRMA’s claims addresses in copy. None was answered.
- The May 1 Westbury letter lists Robert Angotta in its copy line. He was copied on the May 6, May 7, and May 13 correspondence. He did not respond to any of it.
- The only answer to the letters addressed to him came from Cameron J. Wall, Gallagher Bassett’s litigation counsel, on May 1, 2026.
