Things Damon E. Elmore Did to Me:

  1. Damon E. Elmore let a letter addressed to him by name go unanswered. I sent it on September 14, 2026, at 8:07 PM. It was delivered to his address at 8:08 PM. It asked for written answers on who the State Bar’s ADA Coordinator is, the status of my June 8 complaint, the rules used for the June 30 decisions, and how long the closed files are kept, by September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM. As of October 17, 2026, he has sent no answer. Read the letter
  2. Damon E. Elmore has been copied on my written ADA complaint to Human Resources for 131 days without one word back. I sent it on June 8, 2026, at 5:05 PM, with eleven addresses copied, his among them. Read about the complaint

When Damon E. Elmore Did It:

Every email I sent to Damon E. Elmore’s address, every read receipt from his mailbox, in order, each linked where a page exists. Times are Eastern. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
