Shiptenko told me he had received the prior transmission only "as a courtesy copy" and to contact Nash directly. I emailed Nash directly to ask whether his submission was received.

For me to be bounced between contacts, the Bar's routing had to leave no single official responsible for confirming receipt.
What I argued
- Direct, narrow ask to Nash: "Did you receive my May 18 supplemental evidence submission and its five attachments?"
What the Bar said
Shiptenko (8:31 AM): "I received it as a courtesy copy. You can contact Ms. Nash directly to verify her receipt. Thank you."
What it cost
A second day spent chasing confirmation of a single submission, now redirected to yet another contact, the multiplied effort of confirming delivery because no contact would simply confirm it.
