Dear Mr. Shiptenko: On Monday, May 18, 2026, at 1:13 PM ET, I transmitted supplemental evidence for Grievance No. ██████-█████ to Ms. Nash, with you copied. Five attachments accompanied that transmission [listed].
It is now over twenty four hours later. The Bar's intervening confirmation email concerning the three May 15 portal grievances did not address the May 18 ███████ transmission.
The Bar's prior written admission — "As a result of this misclassification, your submissions were not added to the grievance file at that time" — is the reason receipt confirmation is now an access safeguard for me, not an optional courtesy.
This is the institutional equivalent of asking whether the mail arrived.
Please confirm, in writing, that the May 18, 2026 transmission and its five named attachments were received and associated with Grievance No. ██████-█████.
