Six months. Fifteen written questions. Seven cases. The Bar’s complete output was one day of dismissal letters on six of them. Of those fifteen, one was answered in full (June 16, 2026: three filing options without a CAPTCHA) and one in part. Across the whole record, counted from the original emails: 29 distinct requests, 5 answered, 14 answered in part, 2 refused, 8 never answered, as of October 23, 2026.

In September I asked again, in four letters, including what written rule governs a grievance against one of the Bar’s own lawyers. Nineteen of those questions are quoted on the ledger. Answers are due September 18 and September 24, 2026. When the Lawyer Works for the Bar, There Is No Published Rule.

On September 22, 2026, I wrote to General Counsel Russell D. Willard asking the Bar to reconcile its Title II denial with its court filings on state control. Answer requested by September 25, 2026. To Russell D. Willard, September 22, 2026.

What would change any line on this page

Every entry above can be moved by a single document.

  • A corrected April 10 dismissal record.
  • A written answer to any of the fifteen questions.
  • A published ADA coordinator and grievance procedure at any of these institutions.
  • An itemised open records estimate.
  • A retraction of the characterisation of accommodation requests as harassment.
  • Any answer at all to the June 8 Human Resources complaint.

If any of those arrives, it goes on this page, dated, on the day it arrives. That is the promise this site runs on.
