Your June 10 email stated that Ms. Nash would resume review on June 15. I waited until after that date before sending this response.
The attached response addresses the status update you sent, the approved accommodation you referenced, and the operational questions that remain unanswered.
Please confirm receipt and identify who will read and answer the attached response.
If any portion will not be processed because the Bar considers it outside your ADA role, outside Ms. Nash's reconsideration role, or outside any other assigned role, please identify that portion and the person responsible for it.
