  1. On May 12, 2026, William D. NeSmith III, Deputy General Counsel, wrote to me: “Based upon your communications, it does not appear that you require assistance in preparing written submissions or otherwise accessing the grievance or reconsideration process.” Proof of William D. NeSmith III writing it
  2. In the same email he wrote that my ADA request “may be directed less toward obtaining accommodation or access assistance and more toward securing a particular substantive outcome regarding the underlying grievance matter.” Read it
  3. On April 10, 2026, Andreea N. Morrison, Deputy General Counsel, dismissed my grievance because “we did not receive a rebuttal.” On April 21, 2026, Leigh Burgess admitted: “As a result of this misclassification, your submissions were not added to the grievance file at that time.” Read it
  4. On May 12, 2026, William D. NeSmith III wrote: “The State Bar of Georgia is not a public entity, such as a federal, state or local government department or agency.” The same day, lawyers for the State Bar defendants told a federal court: “As the administrative arm of the Georgia Supreme Court, Defendants are entitled to qualified immunity.” Read it
  5. On May 13, 2026, John J. Shiptenko wrote: “The State Bar has approved your accommodation request.” On May 29, 2026, he wrote: “The State Bar’s position remains that it is not subject to Title II.” Read it
  6. On June 17, 2026, John J. Shiptenko wrote that I did not have to use the grievance form and could create a document using my existing voice to text tool. Read it
  7. On June 30, 2026, Jeffrey W. DeLoach, Chair of the State Disciplinary Board, signed four one paragraph letters clearing four of the Bar’s own lawyers. Each found “no basis” and stated no evidentiary standard. Read it
  8. My June 8, 2026 complaint to Sandra Dixon, Director of Human Resources, got no decision. On September 5, 2026, I asked her for an answer by September 18, 2026. The only reply was an automatic one from her mailbox that same morning. September 18 passed with no answer. Read it
