Things Adrienne D. Nash Did to Me:

  1. Adrienne D. Nash has sent me no email from her own address since May 22, 2026, 148 days as of October 17, 2026. After May 22, at least six of my emails were delivered to her, one addressed to her and five copying her. She answered none of them.
  2. On June 30, 2026, at 4:26 PM, she signed the reconsideration decision that left the April 10 dismissal in place, a dismissal the Bar admitted was issued on a misfiled record, without correcting that record. It concluded that the evidence did not establish a violation “by clear and convincing evidence.” Read the June 30 dispositions
  3. On June 30, 2026, at 4:24 PM, she signed the dismissal of my grievance about James R. Westbury, Jr., copied to Westbury: “None of the rules cited by you, nor any other rules of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, appear to have been violated by Mr. Westbury in this matter based on the record available to us and your own submissions.” It was the one May 15 grievance the Bar wrote “will be considered by OGC,” her own office, while the other two went to the State Disciplinary Board. Read the dismissal
  4. Named on May 4, 2026 to handle my reconsideration, she did not write to me until May 21, 2026, at 5:25 PM, after three written requests to confirm she had my May 18 evidence: May 18 at 1:13 PM, May 20 at 9:29 AM and May 21 at 9:40 AM. On May 20 John J. Shiptenko had sent me back to her: “You can contact Ms. Nash directly to verify her receipt.”
  5. On May 21, 2026 she wrote that one of my five attachments could not be opened: “Please feel free to resend the inaccessible document.”
  6. At 7:08 PM on June 1, 2026, one minute after I copied her on a request for a grievance receipt, her mailbox replied: “I will be out of the office June 1-5, 2026. I will be checking my email periodically.”
  7. On June 17, 2026, at 7:19 PM, I emailed her my grievance against John J. Shiptenko, the route the Bar gave me on June 16 (“email it to Ms. Nash”). Delivery to her mailbox was confirmed. She never answered. The only reply came from Shiptenko himself.
  8. On June 26, 2026, at 8:39 AM, I wrote that the Westbury grievance had “no case number” and “no assigned reviewer” after 42 days. Delivery to her mailbox was confirmed. Four days later she signed its dismissal.
