Things Leigh Burgess Did to Me, and When Leigh Burgess Did It

Things Leigh Burgess Did to Me:

  1. On April 21, 2026, at 11:53 AM, eleven days after my grievance was dismissed for “no rebuttal”, Leigh Burgess wrote: “As a result of this misclassification, your submissions were not added to the grievance file at that time.” She wrote that she supervises “the staff responsible for monitoring the Response@gabar.org mailbox.” The April 10 dismissal was never corrected.
  2. In the same email she wrote: “At this time, your participation is not required, as the file is complete.”
  3. That April 21 email sent back the four PDFs I had addressed to Andreea N. Morrison: “Ms. Morrison forwarded your email to me for direct response.”
  4. On May 5, 2026, at 8:23 AM, she wrote: “Please note that OGC@gabar.org is not an email address associated with our office.” Grievance receipt messages came to me from OGC@gabar.org on February 24, 2026 and again on May 15, 2026.
  5. In the same May 5 email she wrote: “As stated previously, your February 3 and February 20 submissions as well as your original grievance will be thoroughly reviewed during the reconsideration process.”
  6. She did not answer my April 21, 2026 emails of 6:43 PM and 6:53 PM, or my May 7, 2026, 8:52 AM operational questions, all addressed to her. Nothing has come from her address since May 5, 2026.
