"Thank you for your correspondence of May 29, 2026, and June 1, 2026. First, as our office has previously communicated, correspondence to me regarding the grievance process should only be used to submit requests for accommodations under the ADA. I do not read anything in either of your emails as containing a request for additional accommodations."

"Second, the General Counsel has asked me to convey to you that our office is in receipt of two PDF submissions pertaining to a grievance against Ms. Burgess: (a) a 14-page PDF grievance submission, and (b) a 14-page PDF entitled exhibit_binder. Your submitted grievance will be reviewed by a member of the State Disciplinary Board."

"You may utilize the ██████████████ email address previously identified to you in the May 19, 2026, correspondence should you wish to withdraw the grievance while it is being reviewed or should you wish to request the opportunity to supplement the materials being reviewed in relation to the grievance. Correspondence to that email inbox should be sent as 'Request to withdraw ███████-Burgess 1' or 'Request to supplement ███████-Burgess 1.'"

"During the review of this grievance, the reviewer will conform to the two previously granted accommodations for you: 1) written-only accommodation, no telephone-only communication; and 2) any written documents that you are entitled to receive will be sent to you in either plain text or an accessible format and will exclude, for example, image-only PDFs unless that is the format in which OGC received the submission from an outside source."

"Finally, I will be away from the office for the remainder of this week. The State Bar will not make any determinations regarding your grievances during this time. If you submit an accommodation request while I am away, I will review and respond to it when I return next week."
