“I reported a powerful attorney for multiple instances of witness tampering, INCLUDING ONE ON VIDEO”

Full review as posted

I reported a powerful attorney for multiple instances of witness tampering, INCLUDING ONE ON VIDEO; a different instance of threatening a witness mentioned by that witness ON THE STAND (which of course the judge ignored); many false fact statements ending up in an expert report that 99.9%? have only come from him or someone on his team and needed to be investigated for their source to defraud the court. I reported that attorney for admitting in a hearing (on the record) that he filed inaccurate statements in an affidavit in a different county and that the affidavit was not corrected in that different county as required by the GRPC. I reported that attorney's involvement with a high end Atlanta prostitute, with whom he lived for about 17 months; wow, I reported so much more.

The Bar SCREENED IT OUT claiming — while refusing to investigate — that it could never make "clear and convincing". Not on a single violation of the GRPC, even though so much of what happened was in writing (or video).

Normal people would understand that witness influencing on videotape, having your criminal defense attorney spin a false yarn in writing contradicted by the video to the police; and filing an 'inaccurate' (under oath) stalking petition against the reporting attorney TO PREVENT HER FROM GOING TO THE STATE BAR (he said to a judge in front of witnesses), well, that requires some kind of discipline.

NOPE.

I have more about a different attorney, but do I even need to say what she did? SCREENED OUT.

The State Bar of Georgia is very, very troubled.

THE STATE BAR OF GEORGIA DOES NOT CARE WHO GETS HURT WHEN THEY DO NOT PROTECT THE PUBLIC. It's almost like their JOB is to help lawyers break the law and corrupt the courts.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ public be damned.
