Back to Chris Harvey · the Georgia POST record
Things Chris Harvey Did to Me:
- On July 16, 2026, at 11:28 AM, Chris Harvey wrote that he would forward the ADA information I had asked for “in the near future.” As of October 17, 2026, 93 days later, he has not sent that ADA information. Read it
- On April 27, 2026, his mailbox opened my ADA demand at 7:54 AM, and twenty minutes later, at 8:14 AM, he forwarded it to the State’s lawyer, as POST’s own records production shows. On April 28 he told me only that he had given it to “our legal counsel.” He did not name the lawyer.
- On August 4 and August 6, 2026, when his own ADA staff wrote to him “I am not sure how to answer this person” and “I am not sure how to respond to this,” he forwarded both to the State’s lawyer, at 3:39 PM and 5:01 PM. Read it
- On April 28, 2026, he wrote, “We will evaluate everything you provided and notify you when our evaluation is complete.” No evaluation has come. On October 16, 2026, POST wrote that complaint presentations “have been postponed until further notice.” Read it
- On April 29, 2026, at 3:41 PM, he wrote, “I am assigning Director Monika Franklin to conduct a review of all the materials you have provided.” As of October 17, 2026, no review result has been sent to me.
- On July 16, 2026, it appears from POST’s own records production that his reply to me went by blind copy to the State’s lawyer, Paul Jay Pontrelli.
- My August 21, 2026 ADA grievance was opened on his mailbox at 2:22 PM. Six days later the decision came from POST’s own lawyer, “as legal counsel to POST,” with Chris Harvey copied: “Thus, your ADA Title II grievance is denied.”
- Between April 29 and October 7, 2026, five of my emails were opened on his mailbox and he answered none of them.
- His last email to me, which arrived on September 11, 2026, at 9:40 AM, said: “This acknowledgment confirms receipt only. It is not a substantive response.” He has not written to me since.
When Chris Harvey Did It:
Every email Chris Harvey sent me, every read receipt from his mailbox, and every forward of my mail shown in POST’s own records production, in order, each linked where a page exists. Times are Eastern. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
