Back to Jeffrey W. DeLoach · the State Bar record
Things Jeffrey W. DeLoach Did to Me:
- On June 30, 2026, between 4:23 PM and 4:35 PM, Jeffrey W. DeLoach dismissed all four of my grievances about four lawyers in the State Bar’s Office of the General Counsel, in under twelve minutes. The four were John J. Shiptenko, William D. NeSmith III, Andreea N. Morrison and Leigh Burgess. Read the June 30 dispositions
- Each letter says “I thoroughly reviewed” the grievance, finds “no basis for this grievance to be forwarded to the State Bar Disciplinary Board for investigation”, and ends “As a result, this grievance is dismissed.” Three sentences each. None was forwarded for investigation.
- None of his four letters stated an evidentiary standard. The two letters signed by Adrienne D. Nash that same afternoon did.
- Each email went to the lawyer it cleared at the same minute it went to me, from a mailbox that says “THIS EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT MONITORED.”
- The PDF files of the four letters record a creation time between 7:47:02 AM and 7:53:39 AM that day, six minutes and 37 seconds for four files. The same signature images appear in all four, identical byte for byte. The author field of all four names a person other than him.
- Not one of the four letters says anyone was asked a question. Before June 30, the State Bar wrote me only that “a member of the State Disciplinary Board” would review three of them (May 19 and June 2, 2026). No one told me which member.
- He has not answered my September 15, 2026 letter. It asked fourteen questions about his four dismissals, including which standard he applied, and a reconsideration request under Internal Rule 16. Answers were due September 24, 2026. His mailbox returned no read receipt. The mailboxes of Damon E. Elmore and Christopher P. Twyman, who were copied, returned read receipts within 29 minutes.
- On October 7, 2026, at 3:33 PM, I asked again: “The files your letters arrived in name an author who is not you, and one picture of a signature sits on all four.” I gave him until Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern. That date has not passed. The only reply from his address was an automatic one.
When Jeffrey W. DeLoach Did It:
Every letter he signed to me, every email I sent him, and every message from his address, in order, each linked where a page exists. Times are Eastern. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
