Things Sandra Dixon Did to Me, and When Sandra Dixon Did It

Back to Sandra Dixon · the State Bar record

Things Sandra Dixon Did to Me:

  • Sandra Dixon has held my written ADA complaint for 131 days without one human word back. I sent it on June 8, 2026, at 5:05 PM. The State Bar’s own mail server confirmed delivery at 5:06 PM. As of October 17, 2026, Sandra Dixon has sent no acknowledgment, no file number and no name of anyone reviewing it.
  • When I asked on September 5, 2026, where that complaint went, the answer from Sandra Dixon’s address was an automatic reply. It listed two days off that had already passed and a holiday dated 2025.
  • Sandra Dixon let the September 18, 2026, 5:00 PM deadline pass with none of my nine questions answered, and did not answer the follow up I sent at 6:23 PM that evening.
  • Sandra Dixon left my June 10, 2026 follow up unanswered.
  • As of October 17, 2026, no email from Sandra Dixon has ever told me where a disabled person files an ADA complaint about the State Bar.

When Sandra Dixon Did It:

Every email sent to Sandra Dixon’s address, every message from Sandra Dixon’s address, and every read receipt on a letter addressed to Sandra Dixon, in order, each linked where a page exists. Times are Eastern. Chronology, not motive. A read receipt shows a message was opened on that mailbox. It can be declined, and many mail programs never send one.
