Dear Recipients:

I am sending this because some of you may not be familiar with the matter reflected in the attached packet.

My goal is not litigation. My goal is much simpler: I want the State Bar of Georgia to operate its grievance and ADA access processes properly, transparently, and fairly.

This began after the Bar dismissed my grievance on April 10, 2026 on the stated ground that no rebuttal had been received. The Bar later admitted that my February 3 and February 20 submissions had been received, misclassified, and not added to the grievance file at the time of review. From there, the issue became much larger than one grievance outcome. It became a question about intake reliability, correction of the record, ADA access, conflict routing, and whether a disabled public complainant can trust the process.

I understand some recipients may be seeing this for the first time. That is why I am bringing it to everyone's attention now, before this becomes something people later say they did not know about.

I also understand the Bar's upcoming meeting is being held very close to where I live. I am happy to meet, together or individually, with anyone who wants to understand the record, ask questions, or discuss how this can be corrected without litigation.

That remains my preference.

I asked one institution to fix one file. I still believe that should be possible.

Respectfully,
